The second half is won in July: inventory, collection, and the store
29 July is the last comfortable point in the year for ecommerce. After that: holidays, school, and the Buen Fin–Black Friday stretch again. Stock per SKU, prices per country if you sell in Mexico, and collection tied to the order — gateways — are built now. In October you only switch on what already exists.
A store that “already lives on Instagram” is not a store. It is a visual catalog with handmade collection. The second half of 2026, with WhatsApp more expensive in October, punishes that handmade loop harder: every order confirmation in chat becomes a line item. Better that the system confirms.
Deliverables between now and August
- A paid test order in production.
- Stock rules: do not sell what is on a truck without updating.
- Site and hosting on the same peak plan — hosting.
November does not invent a checkout. It only stresses it.
Quote the store and collection this week. August is more expensive in attention. November is impossible.
