8 May: the government changes, your technical debt does not

On 8 May 2026 the 2026–2030 constitutional term begins. Public priorities will shift; that is normal. What is not a strategy is freezing collections, 4.4, or the CRM “until we see how the government lands.” Your customers still buy on 9 May. Hacienda still accepts or rejects XML. The TSE is still the source of the national ID.

Consulting right now is prioritization: which process hurts this week, not a 40-slide transformation roadmap. Software and APIs for what already runs. Public policy is observed; operations are kept.

What does not freeze

• 4.4 issuance and the purchases mailbox — Journal.
• Collections — gateways.
• Identity — TSE.

If a public contract or a new rule hits you, you evaluate it with facts. Meanwhile the internal rail is not an act of political faith.

The government changes on the 8th. The CRM duplicate does not wait until the 9th.
